-A Tuesday night team league where you bring your own team

-A Wednesday night spirit league with set teams and one team for individual sign-ups.

Want a better way to spend your Saturday than running around chasing a piece of plastic?? WELL YOU WON'T FIND ONE!! So to satisfy those needs SUPA is proud to present this years Hat in the Sac. This years theme will be sports franchises who have fallen on hard times. It will be up to you to get these perenial losers some much needed wins!

Capitol Punishment, the local mixed club team, is putting on a 6 week ultimate frisbee mini-camp starting March 11th. They are inviting anyone in the SUPA and Sacramento community who is interested to come and participate. 

What does the mini-camp involve?

1. The first week will be a fun mixer that will allow you to meet past years players and talk to them about the team and what it means to be a part of it.
2. Ever wonder how fast you are, or how high you can jump? Come to the second week of the mini-camp and participate in the Ultimate Frisbee Combine!
