Capitol Punishment, the local mixed club team, is putting on a 6 week ultimate frisbee mini-camp starting March 11th. They are inviting anyone in the SUPA and Sacramento community who is interested to come and participate.
What does the mini-camp involve?
- The first week will be a fun mixer that will allow you to meet past years players and talk to them about the team and what it means to be a part of it.
- Ever wonder how fast you are, or how high you can jump? Come to the second week of the mini-camp and participate in the Ultimate Frisbee Combine!

We are excited to introduce a new league to our SUPA members. For the first time we will be organizing a league that will be played indoors.
The rules will be a little different, but it should be a fun fast paced game.

Lighted Pickup starts Nov 30th!
Where: Grant Park (21st & C Streets)
When: Wednesdays, 7:00 - 9:00pm
This is a free event sponsored by SUPA. Everyone is welcome. This game typically draws many players so last back calls are usually in effect.
This game can be affected by rain. Please call the City of Sacramento Field Status line at (916) 277-2336 up to 3 hours before the game to find out if the city has closed fields dues to weather or other circumstances.
Bring a light and dark shirt, water, cleats, and Spirit.
