Refund Policy

Registration Canc­ellation/Refu­nd Policy

Requests shall be made to the relevant coordinator of the league or event. If you are playing in a league, please also notify your captain as a courtesy.

We reserve the right to withhold a $5 processing fee for any refund request.

League Refunds

Requests for a refund must be made within 2 weeks of either the last game you play or your final scheduled game, whichever occurs later.

Unless otherwise specified, the Close of Registration is the Sunday before first game of league.

  • -Cancellations prior to the Close of Registration will result in 100% refund of all Registration Fees, less the Processing Fee.
  • -Cancellations occurring within four weeks (28 days) from the Close of Registration will result in a 50% refund of Registration Fees, less the Processing
    Fee.
  • -Cancellations after four weeks (28 days) from the Close of Registration will result in NO refund of Registration Fees.

Tournament Refunds

  • -No refunds will be given to teams who are no-shows on the day of the event.
  • -Refunds for teams requesting cancellation prior to the event may be granted at the discretion of the Tournament Director and the President of SUPA.
